Kyle & Katrina Reinhard
WELCOME TO OUR SHOP!
Our names are Kyle & Katrina Reinhard and we would like to personally invite you to come to Common Grounds Café and Pie Shop! We love meeting new people and catching up with old friends, a perfect opportunity to find a leather chair in front of the fireplace and chat over a coffee and a slice of pie.
Since opening in 2017, we have enjoyed the opportunity to serve our community and those passing by. We welcome you to stop in and be treated to some home-town hospitality!
MEET OUR EMPLOYEES
Heidi Lavalier - Heidi’s favorite thing about working here is “Interacting with the community and getting to create delicious food and baked goods!” Heidi loves being outdoors and hiking. Family time is also important to her, as she says it is “always a bright spot in her life!” We love having Heidi around the shop!
Mara Knobloch - Mara’s favorite thing about working here is “creating delicious items for our customers to enjoy!” Mara is going into her senior year at ISU studying Family and Consumer Sciences Education. We are so lucky to have Mara and have appreciated her smile and her talents for years!
Rachel Roberts - Rachel works as a Barista and Runner. Her favorite thing about working here is “camaraderie with her coworkers!” A fun fact about Rachel is that she loves to crochet, read, and bake! Thanks for your hard work Rachel!
Kiera Stoller - Kiera works as a Barista! Her favorite thing about working here is, “customer interaction and the fast-paced environment”. Kiera has shared that her favorite season is Summer, which she spends hanging out with friends, babysitting, and working at the shop! We appreciate you Kiera!
Rebekah Boehne - Rebekah works as a Dishwasher and helps with clean up. Her favorite thing about working here is working with her sister, Lydia! A fun fact about Rebekah is that she loves to listen to opera music while closing the shop! Keep up the good work Rebekah!
Lydia Boehne - Lydia has been trained in all areas, and she works wherever she is asked to! Her favorite thing about working here is her coworkers! A fun fact about Lydia is that she plays 3 instruments: violin, piano, and organ! Thanks for everything you do Lydia!
Addison Johnson - Addison has worked at Common Grounds for 3 months. She works as a Barista and a Food Runner, but she also helps wherever she is needed! When asked what her favorite thing about working here is, Addison said, “It is fun and everyone supports one another in their roles!” Some fun facts about Addison are that she loves the color yellow, learning new things, and studying her Bible!
Gage Cobbley - Gage is a Chef and has worked at Common Grounds for 1 year. Gage’s favorite thing about working here is his coworkers. He says, “I truly love the environment that I work in with my friends and my community!” Gage’s favorite drink at Common Grounds is a peach smoothie, and he loves to bake for his family, friends, and neighbors! It’s been a pleasure to have Gage on our team!
Eliza Meiss - Eliza has been trained in every position. She has worked at Common Grounds since November 2024. Eliza’s favorite thing about working here is the people! She says that she is always happy when she is working! A fun fact about Eliza is that she started work later than planned because she got to play in the State Volleyball Tournament! Thanks Eliza, we are lucky to have you!
