...from a pile of bricks

 

Demolition started at the beginning of June 2017. A safety fence was installed around the perimeter and boy did that get people talking! The crews were busy removing the spray foam and   interior walls. We found several fun surprises in this building filled with character! Their was old brick with unique patterns, hydraulic lifts that went into the ground over 8' deep, and original ceilings in great condition. The overhang was removed and the new doorways and windows were cut out of the concrete blocks. At one point it looked so full of holes, we wondered if it would ever come together!
